DONALD Trump’s historic victory in the US elections this week sees him moving back into the White House with wife Melania – with the spotlight once again turned on his family.
His five children, pictured along with Elon Musk in a family portrait taken hours after his victory, have been instrumental throughout his presidential campaigns and time in office.
As the children of a multi-billionaire, they have also enjoyed a life of luxury since they were born.
Now, they have made their own impressive fortunes and have huge mansions, luxury cars, and lavish holidays to show for it.
Here, we look at the incredibly lush lives of Donald Trump’s five children, Donald Jr, Eric, Ivanka, Tiffany, and Baron.
Donald Jr
The president-elect’s eldest son, from his marriage to first wife, Ivana, Don Jr was educated at New York’s Buckley School, which now charges parents over £47,000 per year.
After pursuing a degree in Economics like his father, Don Jr., 46, decided to work in the family business and is now said to be worth over £232million.
He has an impressive real estate portfolio that has bolstered his fortune. In 2019, he bought a home in the Hamptons with his now-fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle for more than £3.4 million.
They flipped the home and sold it for £6.1million.
Now, they live in a 12,000-square-foot mansion with a pool, two boat lifts and a fountain that he bought for £7.5million.
They bought the home in 2021 after deciding to move back to their father’s home state of Florida.
When it comes to travelling, Don Jr does it in style. He is known for his love for private jets and has been seen in several.
Together with his fiance, they enjoy the finer things in life, such as luxurious fishing holidays to Montana, the best seats at sporting events and an enviable designer wardrobe.
Ivanka Trump
Perhaps the most entrepreneurial Trump sibling, Ivanka, 43, and her husband, Jared Kushner, are said to be worth more than £570million.
Both were employed at the White House during Trump’s first stint at President, with Ivanka serving as special advisor to her father.
When her father left office in 2021, Ivanka embarked on a life of luxurious travel, daily workout routines and business plans.
She relocated with Jared and their three kids to Miami, Florida, where they bought an £18.5million waterfront property on Indian Creek Island.
The home has six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. The couple spent two years renovating it to their taste.
There’s a huge swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Some of their famous neighbours include Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos.
In the last year alone , the couple have holidayed in Mexico, Alaska, Paris and Greece as well as attending the lavish wedding of billionaire Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in India in July.
She also visited Jerusalem with her family, where she shared pics of her children praying at the Western Wall.
On her Instagram, there are pictures of the adventurous mum doing numerous activities after leaving the White House – including surfing and mountaineering.
While part of her father’s team of advisors during his first stint in the white house, Ivanka and Jared were accused of using Air Force One as their private jet.
Despite her father’s victory, Ivanka has said she will not return to politics and will instead invest her time in raising her kids and working on her business.
Eric Trump
Eric Trump‘s net worth is pegged at nearly £40million by Forbes. He works closely with his older brother at the Trump Organisation.
The 40-year-old has rejected claims that he is a nepo baby and has benefitted from his father’s riches.
Talking to Kari Lake last year, he said: “I was on construction sites when I was 11, 12 years old, doing demo, breaking down walls, concrete, sheet rock, plumbing, stuff I literally still do for myself these days.”
In 2016, he bought three luxury apartments at Trump Parc East and converted them into one 2,400-square-foot penthouse overlooking Manhattan’s Central Park.
But in 2021, he left it behind to move to Florida, like his other siblings.
There, he splashed £2.4million on a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Jupiter.
The home is located inside the Trump National Golf Club gated community and is the biggest property in the area. It comes with two master bedrooms and a backyard with a swimming pool.
From their home, they have access to the other amenities the community has to offer, including a 68,000-square-foot clubhouse.
There’s also a 15,000-square-foot spa, tennis courts, and various dining options.
Erik, his wife Lara, and their two children have enjoyed numerous holidays around the world. One of the family’s favourite places to visit is Colarado’s Aspen, where they go skiing, as seen in the picture above.
In 2017, Erik and Don Jr caused controversy when it was revealed that $330,000 was splashed on Secret Service security for their trip to Aspen.
Like his siblings, Eric is accustomed to travelling in luxury. In 2023, he shared a picture on board a private jet on his X account.
Tiffany Trump
Although she is the only child from Donald Trump’s marriage to his second wife Marla Maples and likes to keep a lower profile, her fortune is nothing to scoff at.
Tiffany is said to be worth £7.4million at just 31. Unlike her siblings, she doesn’t seem to have a keen interest in business. In 2017, she tried her hand at a pop career that never took off.
After scoring an internship at Vogue, Tiffany became a bonafide socialite and has been seen mingling with A-list stars at fashion shows and high-society events.
In March 2019, she came under fire for taking a spring break trip to Belgrade, Serbia, that cost taxpayers £17,786. The money was reportedly used to pay for her 10-day accommodation at the Square Nine hotel.
Rooms there are priced from £300 to a staggering £1,237.
In 2022, she married her millionaire husband, Michael Boulos, in a plush ceremony in Florida. Michael proposed to Tiffany at the White House’s rose garden with a £927,000 ring.
Michael has an impressive fortune himself. As the son of a business tycoon, he is reportedly worth £15.4million.

Barron Trump
As the youngest child of the incoming president, some sources claim that Barron Trump already has a sizeable chunk of his father’s fortune.
The 18-year-old branded the billion-dollar baby, arrived just six months after Trump married his third and current wife, Melania.
Barron is Donald’s fifth child and the first for Melania. She claimed that her pregnancy came as a surprise for her and her husband.
When he was born, the couple received several gifts from high profile celebrities. Talk show host Ellen Degeneres even sent a golden stroller that came with its own chandelier.
At his parent’s incredible penthouse apartment in New York, Barron had an entire floor for himself.
When Donald Trump became president, Barron moved into the White House, which comes with a cinema room, bowling alley, and a swimming pool.
As a freshman at New York University, Barron still lives at his father’s penthouse, which features gold plated walls and overlooks Central Park.
